1. She tried to find a manager to take care of it, but after about 10 minutes wait, she gave up and took the restaurant charge off our bill without any problem.

4. It was nice to have a refrigerator for drinks and leftovers, but there is no microwave to use so we were careful to keep only that which we would eat cold.

5. The staff never smiled, tried to avoid you at all costs, and if you aren't honest, you could easily walk out of there without paying your bill and nobody would notice nor care.

9. The one time I was attacked by bed bugs in Pittsburght at least the manager had the sense to take care of my stay, I did not review that hotel, maybe I should have but since the Manager was so nice and told me it was an isolated incidence I took here word for it.

10. The Manager should of been on the phone taking care of my paid 2 nights and crossing his fingers that I didn't come on some review site to speak the truth.
