1. I don't think I would stay here again, if only because there are plenty of other places lined up all along the same street that are not so motel-like and downtrodden.

3. The workout room is good, the rooms are very spacious, WiFi is present, and the atmosphere feels like you are in Hawaii at a 5 star Hotel - but better.

4. If you're not a stickler like me in some ways, then by all means stay, but what killed it for me were the teeny tiny rooms and the hard and loud stomping thru thin walls/ceilings on both nights we stayed.
