10. then after we got in our room, there was no hot water to take a shower or even wash your hands, there was no trash bags, and the beds are really hard and uncomfortable, this place has really been run down, must be new Management or something, but I will never stay here again, I hope this hotel gets it's act together and improves on the service and quality of Best western I used to know.
