7. One of the bed sheets had a hole in the portion you turn down, so this should have been seen by housekeeping.

When i was at the airport and realized i needed a hotel room for the night, i was pointed over to the courtesy phones where i then called the Ramada, I was directed to stand outside a certain door and wait for the shuttle which showed up no longer than about 8 minutes, the shuttle driver was very nice and conversated with me the whole way to the hotel, once we arrived at the hotel i was just ready to go to my room and go to bed.
