1. Being that this was a very busy week, I'm willing to overlook things like dirty footprints on the carpets but chipped paint in the room and broken tiles in the shower were unexpected.

2. There were only minor issues - the toilet kept running if you didn't jiggle the handle, the shower head was almost 7 feet high and thus hard to adjust, and an empty beer bottle was sitting in the elevator lobby on my floor for several hours at least without a staff member picking it up.

3. The AC unit was partly off the wall, lots of scratches and missing paint off the walls, and the shower was pretty small.

This means the room was ready, but the shower was filthy with mud and grime, there was hair all over the place (that didn't belong to me in both the bathroom and my sheets), the faucets were reversed (hot in the cold tap/ cold in the hot tap), the toilet was dirty, the phone was falling apart, the pool just cracked a couple of days prior and would not be fixed during my stay.

6. Room:Typical Double tree with comfortable beds, granite in the bathroom, tub/shower, desk, flat screen TV, etc. I faced I-35 and did not experience any noise issues at all, and I sleep VERY lightly.
