1. After being there for 4 days without being able to take showers, I asked for a compensation for ammenities not received, I was told sorry can not help you.

4. The toilet tank was dirty, floor had not been mopped, pink and green mold at the base of the toilet, green mold in the shower and on the shower faucets, gross.

6. My mother was trying to take a shower after a long road trip and had to get out of the shower 3 times to let the water drain, there was no hot water and it took her 1.15 to take her shower.

8. I think they must turn off the hot water about 8 at night because we took showers in the morning about 7:30 and NO HOT WATER we let it run for about 10 minutes and it was cold.
