1. The only downfall for me was our view was awful.

2. The only other issue with the room was that although our view wasn't great (next to a construction site), our windows were lacking actual curtains, and the existing blinds weren't effective in blocking light.

3. Yes there is a construction site out the window, no great views and it can be noisy if the workers are yelling ' WE WANT TO GO HOME!' but I did find it kinda amusing.

6. The old window-AC in my room blocks the window so no view over Mannhattan, which is a shame, and it was very noisy: I wouldn't reccommend it for the summer if, like me, you can't stand heat.

7. I was one of 3 couples that spent 2 nights at this hotel we all complained of freezing rooms after the first night and the 2 couples with views complained of jack hammering all.

10. The view looked out on construction across the street but that is the worst I can say; we really didn't plan to sit in our room looking out the window anyway because we were too busy out on the streets of Times Square - the Ameritania's location is amazing for the price.
