1. SIDE NOTE : *Although, something Holiday Inn always fails on through out the USA; despite offering a soft or firm pillow option, the pillows are ALWAYS too thick (synthetic fiber fill) I can never get a good nights rest and wake up with a sore neck, every time if I don't sleep with a folded towel under my neck instead of using their pillows.

2. Upon further inspection of my room, I found that it was clean, comfortable pillow top beds and nice big bathroom with bath works shampoo.
"Better then expected! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/2/2011 Vote
3. The room is average size, no microwave or refrig, beds are comfortable, 4 pillows per beds.

4. What I like most about Holiday Inn Express Hotels are the great showerheads, the choice of soft or firm pillows and reasonably comfortable beds.

5. The bed/pillow/linens were ok, but I've slept on far better.
"Adequate, but nothing special. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/15/2009 Vote

"Satisfied, would stay again " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/13/2007 Vote
7. The redeeming quality of the hotel was the clean linens and fresh smelling pillows, because in the end, isn't that why we stay at hotels?- I didn't even find the occasional stray hair on the duvet, and the pillows seemed new/fresh.
"Surprised - I hope to see it after renovations " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/7/2011 Vote
8. The 'non-smoking' room on the non-smoking floor smelled like stale smoke, the towels were threadbare as was the rug and were the pillow cases.
"Not Great, not even Good, just OK " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/26/2007 Vote
9. Aside from pillows, only negative worth a mention was traffic noise (and one late night freight train?).

10. Pillows were terrible, the hotel itself smelled of mold, the front desk was BLAH, and our favorite part was that our towel rack was repaired with electrical tape.
"a good laugh " Read full review on Travelocity   8/1/2009 Vote
