6. As for amenities the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows (a personal preference), the TV was a large-ish flat screen on a swivel that could be adjusted to be seen either in the sitting area or in the bed, which was recessed.

8. The extra touches, like free wifi (I can't stand hotels that charge for that), and the ability to specify my tastes in things like pillows etc. make this hotel chain one of the best.
