1. Concierge is very helpful locating great places to eat nearby as well as activities.

2. The concierge seemed disinterested and offered limited information about restaurants, attractions, road trips, etc. We were fortunate to strike up a conversation with a beach attendant who gave us many wonderful recommendations about great places to go and how to plan our visits efficiently.

5. In my opinion, a concierge should be a hotel employee whose job it is to help guests with directions, site seeing, restaurant recommendations, etc. Of course, they may from time to time earn a small commission but their main job should be to help the guests.

6. From check-in, to housekeeping (thanks for all the extra coffees & towels!), to maintenance, to valet, to poolside & restaraunts, to the spa, to the concierge - - everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, informative, and most of all, effiecient.
