The staff are so busy with the guests (it gets crowded over xmas) you get sub-standard service - house keeping missed cleaning our room and wouldn't make it up despite numerous times of us calling front desk and house keeping , finally after getting fed up we walked down to the front desk personally and asked that our room is made up at 11.30PM.
