2. The gym has brand-new state of the art equipment and was empty the weekend we were there; the pool is heated year round, and wasn't a bad temperature, considering it was about the mid 40's and raining.

3. Always opening doors, calling you by name, offered me an upgraded room, fast room service, excellent food at the restaurant, beautiful views from the room, great pool area (with firepit) and great gym.
