3. Always opening doors, calling you by name, offered me an upgraded room, fast room service, excellent food at the restaurant, beautiful views from the room, great pool area (with firepit) and great gym.

5. The gym has brand-new state of the art equipment and was empty the weekend we were there; the pool is heated year round, and wasn't a bad temperature, considering it was about the mid 40's and raining.

6. The room was decorated in bland beige tones -- my only complaint about Four Seasons in general, but was extremely spacious and we had a view of the pool, plus a bit of the ocean.

7. We had a walk around on our first day and found the pool and jacuzzi, both outside but I didn't try them with the cold Jan temperatures as they didn't feel hot enough for me.
