4. Always opening doors, calling you by name, offered me an upgraded room, fast room service, excellent food at the restaurant, beautiful views from the room, great pool area (with firepit) and great gym.

6. The room was decorated in bland beige tones -- my only complaint about Four Seasons in general, but was extremely spacious and we had a view of the pool, plus a bit of the ocean.
