1. What impressed me the most about this hotel were the little touches available that made you feel pampered and probably costs the hotel relatively very little -- offers of free bottled water whenever you leave the hotel; in the mornings there are tiny croissants and apple pastries, plus coffee and tea in the lobby; guests are welcome to use the spa relaxation room to relax and read up-to-date magazines and partake in the 'spa snacks' -- little cookies and candies plus nut and fruit snacks -- all for free.

2. The gym, pool and spa are also nice (I utilized them all).

3. However, when I went to the spa-to the steam room, I spent 1/2 hour but could not feel the steam anywhere and when I talked to the attendant later, she informed that it is not working properly and they have informed 2 weeks ago but has not been fixed yet.

4. I used to also frequent the spa at the former Seattle Four Seasons and this one is much more ZEN and relaxing.

5. I did use the spa for a couple of highly overpriced treatments but loved every minute of it.
