5. At check in we requested a high floor and were given a room on the 27th floor with a great view of the Chrysler building (still could hear all the traffic noise but didn't keep us awake).

8. We didnt have much to do with the hotel staff, they were pleasant during check in and check out and arranged our car to the airport.
