1. And surprisingly the cost was very reasonable for a Sat night with 1 nights notice.

2. There was also a nice gesture from the hotel staff where they offered us use of a refridgerator for free at no additional costs, but which we declined anyway as we really did not need it.

3. However, if you are there to see the sites you spend little time in the room so cost, comfort, cleanliness, safe area & convenience makes this a nice place to stay.

4. I think there may be a price increase on the way from what I heard at front desk, but if you budget wisely and cost it in, you won`t be disappointed.

7. On our final day we put our luggage in the store room until it was time to go to the airport and the hotel arranged a car to take us there, which did cost slightly more than a taxi, but meant that we knew for certain that we would leave on time and we didn't have to hail a cab.

9. I have stayed at this hotel many many times, usually using points but this time I split the cost using points and finding a rate of $169.00.

As we had not travelled to NY before we were concerned at how many Taxis we would need from the airport as we were told yellow cabs only take 4 people, however the taxi rank also has alot of people carriers so no worries there and the cost was $55 from JFK to Manhattan,The only thing to be wary of is the concierge who expect to be tipped all the time.
