1. On one of the days Virgin called to say that the hotel was fully booked so we would have to transfer to another but the wonderful deputy manager Gary Byrne told me that while we were a guest at the Marriott they would accomodate us and they did.

After waiting in our room for an hour we trooped down to the front desk to ask when something would be done, only to be informed our room had been changed, without us being informed, and we were going to have to pack all of our things to move, something made more annoying by the fact that one of our party had been down stairs asking the manager, and assistant manager where we could change money.

9. When I got the bill on the morning we were leaving, I went to have them fix this problem, but the person at the desk couldn`t help me and told me the manager would be in later and would take care of it.
