1. The Conceirge was awesome with helping out with rides to the airport, etc. They had cookies in the lobby one afternoon that we came back so a nice touch.

7. We ventured farther away on this trip because having a subway station outside the lobby is great when it is late at night and you just want to crash after a trip to one of the other Boroughs.
