1. The front desk staff were amazing, especially when we ran into some trouble with our billing information and were completely willing to help us out in any way they could.

7. If you need an address or big shot bill then this might not be the place, but for a great clean room where you can enjoy NYC and spend your money on yourself and not overpay for bad service and poor quality this is the place to stay.
