1. They also have a great laundry facility, free of charge (including laundry soap) which was so nice since this was the second leg of our trip.

8. We arrived for a 3 night stay in the Bryant Park Hotel to celebrate a birthday and from start to finish the service was fantastic, we had already been provided with a suite overlooking the park at normal room rates and we had champagne in the room provided free of charge.
