1. It is not a luxury hotel and does not have the trappings like room service and a mini bar but I was happy to forgo these things for a clean, well appointed room.

2. The menu for room service was very good as well, there were a few occasions where we were too hungover or too drunk to leave the room to get food, so we had to resort to room service.

8. I was given a new room (room was clean and stocked up with Molton Brown products) and within 30 minutes, the phone rang and I was told that room service was outside with a complimentary bottle or wine for my 'inconvenience'.
