From the minute we got out our taxi we were greeted by the most friendly doormen, when we got to check in at around 12 noon our room wasn't ready yet but our check in assistant Ryan offered to take care of our bags and offered assistance with what we could do nearby until our room was ready and advised us of the hotel bar opening hours, just excelled with warmness which is really nice when you have just come off an 8 hour flight.

5. Very efficient and friendly check-in and a lovely suite on the 4th floor (with the only down side of a low floor being a view of the Port Authority bus station and a bit of street noise).

8. There is always someone to greet you and open your car door from getting out of a cab/car and the check in/out staff is always stylish and very nice and suggestive.
