All in all, I can recommend the hotel without hesitation in that the room and bath we had were spacious by New York standards (though the bedroom appears smaller in my photos than in person), everything was clean and well kept, there seems to be a pride of ownership in the hotel, the location is great, very comfy bed and assortment of pillows, and the price was only $214/night (again, good by NY standards).

10. The staff is unbelievably nice and accomodating, the rooms are spotless and extraordinarily comfortable with upgrades everywhere (Marriott has nothing on these guys with their linens and pillows and duvets with flat panel tvs, terry robes and upgraded bathrooms).
