3. My rate was $199 which was the best rate AND the same rate as the Shopping Package, so I opted for the Shopping Package which provided me with free breakfast (I never used any of the coupons, so I don't know what/who they were for, as you could pick those up as needed).

She assured me they would honour the rate for our new dates and when it looked like our rescheduled flight might also not happen due to the return of the ash cloud she assured us there would be no cancellation penalty and we could change dates again if necessary, WE did manage to get away however and on our eventual arrival we found all the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful.
