9. i had a bad experience at this hotel, lets start with the room was dirty when i arrived, i asked for the senior discount i didnt even get it even though i had my grand mother there and a legal id with her age, no feather pillows no extra towells as i requested, and the worse part was that they charged me for valid parking in all 3 rooms i had so they basically charged me for 3 cars.
