1. free water and coffee in room, the coffee was not that great, there is coffee in the lobby in the a.m. The location was fantastic, my daughter goes to FIT which is right down the street, there is a bar (Rare view) on the other side of the block with music and great views of the city and a roof that retracts, and a small cafe (bluedogcafe) down the street with breakfast foods and great sandwiches.
