The location is great, with CVS just a 5 minute walk in 1 direction for drinks etc and Whole Foods store just 5 minutes in the other direction for food etc. The Subway is a short 5 minute walk and you have the ability to connect to all of NYC very easily - we used the 23rd st stop most frequently.
