My hotel safe did not work, the desk lamp did not work properly, there were no glasses left in the room by the housekeeper - all three days and I had to request housekeeping service on one of the days because they skipped my room since I wasn't out before 9a.m. The fitness center is rudimentary and half the machines weren't working when I tried to use it on one of the days.

5. We always bring our own sheets to hotels and remade the bed with those when we arrived and housekeeping just made up the bed daily with our sheets on the bed.
