1. Check InArrived at the hotel around 2pm, greeted with a smile by the very pleasant check in clerk.

2. Poor service at check-in, concierge unable to provide help with a very simple request, restaurant closed for dinner, elevator out of service for 3 days, etc. Linens were very clean, but tub in bathroom had received a cursory swipe.
