Here is a summary of my experience:Positive:- Large, attractive room overlooking the lake (beautiful view) and Navy Pier- Friendly staff- Complimentary breakfast for business travelers on Wednesdays (although breakfast was very light, and bagels were stale)- Nice outside sitting area for breakfastNegative- Setup with the bathroom is odd - has window into the bedroom, but I was alone so that didn't matter- If your business is in downtown, plan to spend $10 each way on a cab- Hotel is not convenient to the train station- Acura experience is only available from noon to seven; so won't work for business travelers; and the Acura doesn't pick up from locations, just takes you places Overall, the hotel was good, and I would stay here again.
