1. The next day we had treatments done at the very relaxing Bliss Spa (just an elevator ride away-- so convenient!), grabbed some coffee at the Starbucks down the street and had a very pleasant drive home.

6. Recommendations: in between shopping on Mich Ave, have lunch at the Intercontinental; dinner at Rockit Bar is a MUST and across the street is a fun Irish pub to hit up afterwards.

7. Right on the lakefront, there's a beach across the street from the hotel, and if you get a lake view room (be sure to ask), you'll spend some quality zen time gazing at the water.

9. There is a more than adequate parking garage 2 blocks west of the hotel on Ontario Street if you don't constantly need to retreive your car.
