2. I always try to conduct business meetings in the lobby - plenty of space, beautiful room and excellent food/drinks menu and service means that my guest invariably remarks 'wow, this is a great place, I've never been here before.

4. The Lakeshore location is great - you are close to Michigan Avenue (after enjoying all of the great Chicago food, I like the 5-6 block walk back to the hotel) but also have a great view of the lake and Navy Pier.
