1. I again told him I was never informed and would not have taken it if I had known and he took the charge off.

4. We made due, but when the restaurant called to inquire about our meal and we told them about the burger, they deducted the charge for that burger from our bill (even though my husband had eaten it as is).

The manager in charge escorted my husband and his colleague to their separate rooms and took the time to show each (a) how to find evidence of bed bugs (strip each layer of bedding near your head down to the mattress, checking each layer for material or blood AND removing the headboard to check for bed bugs there too!) and (b) that there were no bed bugs in these rooms.
