8. -the service - always solid-access to an excellent gym (not really the hotel gym but in the building so feels like it)The less good:-the room floorplans vary - some great large rooms and suites, but some rooms seem like the linen closet had a bathroom added to give them one more saleable room - more like a European hostel in terms of space-the beds - not great, the beds and bedding could use an upgradeSo - depends on what you value in a hotel.
