1. WiFi in my room worked just great, taxis arrived on time, and had good prices, stuff was super helpful, room service worked fast and smoothly, team in the restaurant just perfect, I also had a talk with Kyle, the manager, and need to highlight his professionalism.

The manager in charge escorted my husband and his colleague to their separate rooms and took the time to show each (a) how to find evidence of bed bugs (strip each layer of bedding near your head down to the mattress, checking each layer for material or blood AND removing the headboard to check for bed bugs there too!) and (b) that there were no bed bugs in these rooms.
