1. The hotel manager should have seen it as his responsibility to address my concerns himself instead of 'farming' it out to housekeeping staff.

7. The check in lady went back, spoke to the manager and gave me 4 vouchers for breakfast ($10 each) for use at their ground floor restaurant - 'Ingredients'.

8. What did not make sense is they had 4 managers and a security guard at the front desk conversing and waiting for the reservation system to update with available clean rooms when there was probably only two or three people actually doing the cleaning.

9. Upon my return home, I wrote the hotel manager (directly) a carefully crafted and very polite letter detailing my experience at 'his' hotel and NOT asking for any compensation whatsoever.
