1. Initially the dining room, bar, and other public spaces seem to have a nice, clean appearance, but they also have have worn-out furniture, carpets, wall coverings, etc.We ordered room service fairly late in the evening and received reasonable food in a reasonable time.

4. We went for New Years Eve and the hotel was full which caused a few hiccups but the staff from managers to lifeguards to teens g snack bar were great under pressure, very friendly and helpful.
