6. Then I asked if I could get a refund, as the hotel was not what they billed it to be in online profiles and I felt uncomfortable staying there with my baby.

7. On the up side, everything got resolved when I contacted the hotel the following Monday, and they refunded my $114 (and an additional mysterious $85 charge that appeared on my bank statement from them).
