1. Also my husband forgot his shaving cream and they offered it free of charge at the service desk along with several other items you could easily forget but desperatly need.

Pros:-Has a decent restaurant (burgers are great)-Indoor and outdoor pool-Free business center with printer-Attached to the waterpark-Free parkingCons:-Charge for wifi in room-Inconsistent wifi service-Conferences seem to always be going on and makes for cluttered / crammed hallways-No complimentary breakfast, and while traveling with children that is important to me-Hate to say it, but the rooms (especially the floors) seem underkept and dirty.
