1. worst was the bathroom, it looked generally neglected, but the tub had this cheesey no-skid pad on it that came unglued and started half-floating as soon we started to fill the tub up, and crud started coming out from underneath.

4. We didn't mind since we had spent the day in 95 degree heat, but if you are expecting to get into a 'bath tub temp' pool, this isn't it.
