4. The service is great, the staff is there to assist with check-in, restaurant reservations (the concierge is onsite in the lobby), and they also serve a nice light continental breakfast in the bar area.

5. As someone who spends approximately 1/3rd of his time in different hotel rooms - there are some important rules when you call yourself a 4* propery - firstly, you cannot say that your restaurant is open till 10 am and close at 9 pm; secondly the food (which I had to have in the bar) is indifferent - they seemed to have cooked the shrimp without thawing it properly.

6. Despite the distance from Downtown, there was ample parking, the restaurant and bar area in the hotel was very friendly and the service and food was very good.

9. Most of the time, I've ended up sitting down at the bar a few minutes after they've closed the kitchen, but the bartender has gotten them to cook a meal for me each time, which is much appreciated.

10. The hotel had a bar and restaurant but we were so busy with the event we were in town for that we were unable to take advantage of either.
