1. The valet parking and check in staff were all very courteous and welcoming, and the lobby area is spacious and impressive as well.

Hotel service was good no complaints, easy check-in/check-out, maid service excellent, room was decent sized and clean, bed/bedding soft and comfortable, great view of city at night from room, valet parking good no new dings or scratches, I did not try out the restaurants or bar due to the fact that there were so many great restaurants within walking distance.
