1. Once we navigated ourselves to the hotel entrance (no easy feat) we were welcomed with open arms by the valets.

7. Bang in the center of the downtown activity, here was a hotel with a amazingly huge lobby, extremely customer friendly valets and a sense of peace when I walked in.
