1. I really like the big open-air lobby, and the burgers (we had the sliders in the lobby and a cheeseburger for room service) were TERRIFIC.

3. This last time, we spent the week in the Vista Suite on the 5th floor (room 501) and it was an outstanding room with floor to ceiling windows on 3/4 walls, huge living room with dining area, a lot of space, a large bedroom with a really comfortable bed, and terrific room service for morning coffee.

10. Back to the Hhotel, the TV's are from the 80's and need to be updated to flat screen, bar needs to be open longer (especially when there is 12,000 conventioners in town), furnishings are old but decent, need a fridge in rooms or honor bar, room service needs to be 24hrs, and elevators need replacing (only 2 worked during visit).
