1. We found the service was excellent , not only at the front desk but from those that also worked hard to keep the eating areas clean and the kitchen staff were prompt and did an excellent job .

In my experience, the majority of the front desk staff seemed friendly and willing to accommodate most needs, just one female desk clerk did not smile which made her appear unfriendly (name begins with a V); the housekeeping staff was also friendly and responded promptly to requests, including removing feather down pillows due to allergies.
