1. Manager helped, scanning and emailing some business documents that we were having trouble faxing.

2. However, the next day, the manager tried to backtrack on the offer and tried to put it off and it was not until we got home that the one nights free stay was deposited back into my account (and not as much as I paid for it either!) In my opinion, this place is not worth all the ratings it has.
