1. Excellent location, clean spacious rooms, friendly staff and all the extras they provide, ie; free internet, free parking, complimentry evening meals with alcohol beverages Monday to Thursday, plenty of TV stations with films viewing daily and free shuttle to parks.

3. The pool has to be one of the best views in area it has sunsets all orange end glowing as you sit back and enjoy free wine beers etc. snacks too as courtesy from the managers evening specials from mon-thurs.

8. Upon arrival and check-in, we asked for a quiet room (not Highway side) and we've had a king room (203) but it wasn't on high floor as requested on booking and not with a particular view (should have been a pool view).

9. We asked for a suite so teens could stay up later in another room, within walking distance to Universal, a 'quiet' room away from elevators, etc., top floor so we had a view and wanted a place that provided breakfast.
