However, the front desk removed the charge after we spoke to them (it took 2 attempts)- we generally declined housekeeping during our week-long stay, but on the one occasion that we did, the housekeeping staff did not replace all the used towels, did not leave any new soap/shampoo supplies and did not replace the dirty drinking glasses.
