1. The service was impeccable: the front desk staff allowed us to check into our room early, the housekeeping staff was hospitable and very attentive to detail, the valets & doormen were immensely friendly and helpful, and the restaurant staff was on-point in all the right places.

6. On the downside, parking in the neighborhood is difficult at best, even if you are an expert and discerning DC's parking signs, so I'd recommend the valet service.

10. Door/Bell/Valet staff are just great (I specifically remember Nabila was great and he remembered me from a previous visit and it was a nice touch to feel special/welcome/important).
